I'm from Italy, exactly from Rome.
I'm a Nutritionist Biologist and actually I work in the Plant Physiology Lab of my university studying on secondary metabolites.
I have a big trouble: I have to choice an foreign laboratory in Europe where to stay during my PhD for little period to improve my knowledgment about plant secondary metabolites: from metabolism to function and qualitative analysis but expecially on food and nutritional roles of these.


Can anybody help me?

Well who writes the most highly regarded articles in that area? Whose work do you personally think is exciting? Look up their affiliations and pretty soon you'd have a shortlist. Then see which are prepared to take you, and pick the one that appeals the most.
