I have a degree in Biomedical Science and would like to do a MSc, however am unsure as to which area of this subject to read at MSc level. Can anyone offer any advice? :-)

Why not study something similar for your MSc? I did my BSc and finishing my MSc right now in Biomedicine. Great overview about everything (topics, methods...). Specialisation then comes with my PhD and hopefully PostDoc ;)

Edit:
I'm sure it's helpfull to read through some Nature journals. Like the actual "magazin" I mean. Just found that out myself recently that there's a ton of articles in the journal besides the actual research papers. Always interesting stuff and nice input about research at the moment.
