Hi,

I have a Masters degree in computer science and have 10+ years experience in server management in IT field. I am now looking for a doctorate in something, basically easy ones. Can't learn too much but can create projects and work on them, etc. So, any suggestion is higly appreciated. The cheaper and online Phds are better for me. I can't go to classes and attend.

There's no such this as an easy PhD my friend. If you "can't learn too much" then a PhD isn't for you. You can't do an online PhD either. You should probably pursue other options.

You really don't understand what a PhD is, reading the above. If you're not prepared to "learn too much", I doubt you will achieve the "original contribution and addition of new knowledge to your field" that is required of a PhD. It is a marathon, not a sprint.
