You should firstly try scholarships offered by your own country. There is one UK-India Education Trust and one Felix Scholarship (tenable only at Oxford, SOAS and Manchester Uni).

well i m looking regularly on findaphd.com but there were certain replies i got that there are only self funded seats available and no scholarship.
