Dear all,
Im 43 years old. I got my BSc 3rd class honour in Politics from University of Khartoum, Sudan in 1997, and in 2014 I obtained my MSc (Merit) in Politics from SOAS, University of London. In between I worked in Sales & Marketing first and then in political analysis and reporting in diplomatic missions in my home country. Since I finished my MSc I have been thinking of advancing to a PhD. However, with my age and undergrand 3rd class honours degree I am pretty much reluctant and uncertain mainly about two things: 1) possibility of getting full scholarship, 2) prosoects of getting job in academia post-PhD.
Please help me see light regarding this issue. Thank you all in advance.
Amir
