Hi.. I m new to this forum and was wondering if anyone could clarify my confusion. I started with my PhD 7 months ago. I kind of have developed an ‘Identity Crisis’. Sounds strange this early on. But I am basically a Pharmacologist, who now works in Pain and behavioural research in the department of Neurology of the University Medical College/hospital. I belong to a interdisciplinary research group that consists of biologists, anatomist, psychologist, physiologists and is associated with the graduates School of life Sciences. What then is my final PhD title? I mean, will I be PhD, neurology, or a PhD neuroscience, or something else… ?? Who or what decides this??? Help!!!!
