Hi all,
I recently took some time out from the PhD for some stress/anxiety issues. During this time I got some industrial experience at a company and got on really well there. 6 months or so on , I'm now about to go back to the PhD and wondered if anyone had any advice on how best to adapt to being back!I'm pretty nervous about being back but my supervisor has been super supportive during the time away.
I'm taking the last 2/3 weeks of my interruption to catch up on papers and working out just where the hell I was when I left(I interrupted in a bit of a hurry). I'm also planning on coming up with a rough timeline of what needs to be done (I'm in the middle of my 3rd year). Anybody else got any other ideas?
Thanks!
