Hi,
I sent my PhD thesis to this proofreader, Proofedit (www.proofedit.co.uk). They claimed that they are profesional proofreader. However, my supervisor found it wasn't up to PhD standard. I made a complain and sent it again. Second time, the thesis came back with another gramatical errors and headings/sub-headings errors that I detected myself. I sent her another email to make a complain along the evidence of her incompentency, but been ignored. After my viva, both examiners found many gramatical errors on my thesis. I paid GBP400 for the service, and now have to pay another GBP400 to another proof reader. I have emailed her and request for money refund but she does not reply. What should I do to get my money back? Any advice?
