Hi Everyone,
I am a final-year Psychology undergraduate at the University of Sussex. For our final-year dissertation, my colleagues and I are conducting a research project investigating the importance of social context in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am posting to see whether anyone is able to assist us with our research by completing a short online survey.
The survey looks at how we respond to very stressful or traumatic events and the importance of those around us during these times. In order to participate in this research you must have experienced or witnessed a very stressful or traumatic event in the last 2 years, be over the age of 18 and be fluent in English. Please note that a formal diagnosis of PTSD is NOT required.
The survey should only take around 30 minutes to complete. Any information provided will be kept anonymous and confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and you have the right to withdraw your data from the research at any stage if you wish to do so. All participants will have the option to be entered into a prize draw for 4 chances to win £25. You will need to provide your e-mail address if you wish to be entered into the prize draw.
Please follow the link below if you qualify to take part and are able to help us out.
Thankyou!
