Dear all,
I am a Phd student, just starting my studies. But after winning a scholarship and joining the school I found it to be as efficient as I expected it to be. It has been almost two monthes and I still don't have a proper advisor, just a coordinator who comes twice a week and try to give consultation for 10 students ...(BTW how many phd students can an advisor take at once?)
There is this urge inside me to leave this fellowship and apply for another one, but I have signed an agreement paper with this university for not being eligible for other scholarship. If I get another scholarship do I have to give back the money which they have payed me so far (two months)?
Need your opinion...pleeessseeeee
