Hi Billy, there are several online degree programmes that you can do overseas.
If you were interested in a management masters I would recommend MiM Compass as a good information website which lists the positives and negatives of these types of degrees as well as the benefits of online education: http://www.mim-compass.com/

Another good website for online masters is Ashridge:

If you are going to do an online masters I would recommend making sure they have some form of accreditation as there are many instituitions who see online learning as an easy buck and will provide little help for your qualification. It is also important to check how recognised the institution is and how recognisable it is to potential and current employers.

What will a Masters do for me?

Personally, I would recommend a management masters.  OK, its nothing like what you already have but that's the point. With a business masters you can stay in the same industry (which you enjoy) but take a more senior and business focussed role.

Business degrees are intellectually challenging and often have aspects of people management and psychology (not just
hard skills).

A good example would be a Masters in Management from Ashridge, its online and all the assignments are based on your current employer, this would mean you would be benefiting your employer immediately and proving you deserve that raise!
