Hello everybody! I graduated in neuroscience and I'm looking for a PhD. I would have the possibility to do it in the laboratory where I worked for a period after my master's degree, and that would be good because I would be near my family. Anyway in the lab they work only on skeletal muscle cells (even though the PhD would be in neuroscience), while in the future I would like to study more brain-related stuff. Therefore, my question is: if I do my PhD thesis in skeletal muscle biology, how difficult is it going to be for me in the future to find a post-doctoral fellowship in a brain-related topic?
Thank you
