Hi,
I completed an undergrad degree in maths (2.2) in 2009 and since then have been working part time (in research) whilst doing a masters part time, which I'll probably be getting a merit in. Whilst at work I've discovered an area I'm keen to do a PhD in. However, I'm struggling to find funding organisation which will fund *me* rather than the university(!)
I am looking for funding in medical statistics. Thus far the only oppurtunity I can seem to find is the NIHR (which is fine) but I want to apply to more than one place, to hedge my bets.
Does anyone have any advice?
(I'm in the UK)
