I have been offered an interview for a PhD in the area of cancer research next week and I was wondering if anyone out there has some helpful advice for me?

I am incredibly nervous as this is my dream and I am very scared at messing this up. I have worked for 2 years in the pharma industry since graduating.

It has been a while since I have had an interview and find the whole process daunting and intimidating, even the aspect of completing an application is terrifying so any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!:$
