Hello,
I am an EU citizen and looking for a PhD studentship aborad.
When I see posts for PhD positions in the UK, normallly there is mentioned that "only UK/EU student fees are available".
By this it is meant that all EU students can apply? Or is it meant that these EU students should be residents in the UK for at least three years?
I have this question because sometimes, at some other PhD posts, it is specified that by "EU applicants" they mean "applicants that are already resident in the UK". At some other jobs, this aspect is not clarified in detail and I always have the question whether I am elegible or not.
Thank you
Leonor
