He was dismissed because he was too late to submit it was his seventh year.

This is a friend's problem as he was doing his phd but he hadn't completed it , he's gone through it very well and was about to finnish it , but he was working at the same time and unfortunately they sent him a dismissal letter , this was about two years ago , does anyone have an idea if he could complete it in another university or if there would be any
