Hello, I'm a MA by Research student of English Literature. I'm applying for my first conference now and just about submit my abstract. My supervisor asked me to put in some in-text references, but the conference application does not require us to include reference list... I'm just confused about whether these in-text references are even needed then. My supervisor is currently on strike and very hard to reach. Any help?
