I failed my dissertation (education) by 4 marks and although I have feedback I really feel I need help to understand feedback and get myself sorted to complete it to pass level. What can I do? Where can I go? I have one session with my new tutor ( old one retired) available and a deadline of 21st February. I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks

Can't you get in touch with the old tutor since he/she knows your work?? That'll be very helpful. Also how come you can't understand the feedback: is it the language or the content?

No contact with old tutor is available. It's a bit of both in respect of the feedback, I just want to be clear on exactly what is required from me. I'm a little nervous as I don't want to fail again.

Don't you have any friends/colleagues that can assist? Failing that, the head of your department should be able to help or at least point you in the right direction.
