Hi, I have applied MSc and hoping to study this coming fall 2008. However, the time I handed in my application is quite late (end of March). I am from HK and I am completing my BSc this coming summer and pretty sure I get a 2(i). So, is it likely or not the MSc courses will take me? I am very concern about my late application.
The MSc that i have applied is Clinical Pharmacology from University of Aberdeen. And from the rankings, Aberdeen is quite top for their faculty of Medicine. So, what are the odds that they will actually accept me?
It's not too late when I was applying for my masters I applied quite late, actually it was in June for an october start. I still got offers for both courses I applied for and one was with funding. I hope it works out for you.
Hello Tra,
Although, UK universities are not much particular about the deadline as USA or Canadian, however in courses like Medicine and alike, seats are filled very quickly. Even in some universities having specialised courses like dentistry, one would be applying for next year fall admission.
Let me know if you still waiting for the decision or need information in terms of accommodation or post departure information. I would be glad in answering any question relevant to post departure or visa application.
Best Of Luck
