Hi,
I would really appreciate advice or opinions on this...
I will apply for a Masters Degree (computer science), First I have to find a topic of research by myself, but it is the first time to me and want your help finding an appropriate topic, I'm a web developer using PHP and Mysql, I am interesting in e_learning field and want a topic related to that area (LMS, Personalization, adaptation, Learning objects,etc.....), Can you help me finding an appropriate topic or advising me. Thank you in advance.
hi! I really wish I could help you; but this is not my area.
What you can do is first think about which topic you like in e learning.
After you know more or less what you like about it, talk to people in this area.
Also, find papers/articles about current research going on in this area, and read them up.
Talk to your computer science professors.
Then do some search online and see what kind of research is going on in other universities etc.
Give yourself some time and eventually you'll find it.

Hi Mohammadsamy,
The best option is to discuss it with your potential supervisors, believe me you will get many ideas from them,
however, you can also try these
1) Web 2.0
2) Online Tutoring Systems
3) Applications of Web technologies
4) Web graphics
5) Middleware for Web applications
6) Accessibility
7) Semantic Web
8) Web services and Grid services
9) Performance of Web applications
10) Web-database systems
best of luck
