m studying 7th sem B.E in bangalore pesit, under vtu in electrical and electronics branch.i want to do MS ion US or UK.i have already booked my gre date on nov 30th and i have a very 55%< aggregate. my intrest in M.S is electrical management or which subject having the course of management with base as engineering in electrical.
1)pls suggest me university with less tuiton fees.(i m looking for moderate state universities and not looking any prime locations also)
2) suggest a course which suits me that s not having deep technical
3)my tuiton fees including staying should cost me including everything food shelter for whole course should be U less than $100000 or Rs 10lakh .
4)tell me what are the job opp in US after doing such a course

I think its hard to study in 10000 Dollars or Pounds in the UK or US. Because the tution fees itself is around 13500 Pounds in the UK for international students. Plus you can add your living costs etc to around 1000 pounds per month minimum so you would need 13500 +12000 as a minimum.
Check for relevant scholarships that each Uni may have they may waive some fees if you have a good CV
