Hi everyone! So for specific reasons (moving AND lab getting torn down) I need to finish writing my M.ASc. thesis by September. However, I decided to add on a part to my project in January which now seems slightly not feasible. My supervisor is away on sabbatical and hard to get advice from. Could I still mention this added part idea and setup/fabrication of devices, even if I have little or no data for it's functionality?

That seems an unusual and complicated set of circumstances! I would recommend your first port of call should be either the head of department or the graduate tutor. No student should be left without both a lab and supervisor and be expected to finish without some kind of support.
