I am looking for Phd opportunities in US, Canada, Europe, in the field of wireless communication. Following are my other details

M.Tech (IIT Kharagpur) CGPA: 3.5/4
B.Tech (univ, in Maharashtra): 3.4/4

Work Exp: nearly 2 yrs (non-Research but in relevant field)
Have one year of academic research exp. but no publications.

I am currently preparing for GRE/TOEFL. May I know, how are my chances of getting into top US/Europe university?
What is the minimum GRE/TOEFL score required for those universities?
Will there be any funding issues or I can avail teaching/research assistantship?
How will be the job opportunities after Phd ?
Please guide me on above queries.

Any idea about US universities?

For PhDs in Canadian and American universities it is best to look at individual professor profiles. To find professors in your field I suggest looking more closely at the authors of key publications. University rankings can also be useful to give you a rough idea of what schools excel in your field of interest, but I wouldn't take them too seriously. Then, determine which professors' research interests are similar to your own and send them a brief email expressing your interest in pursuing a PhD with them as well as detailing your research interests and qualifications.
