Dear all,
I am new to this forum and this is my first thread.
I want to go for a PhD program in electronics or communications engg. I have done B.Tech in Electronics & comm engineering and MSc in Communications engg. Now, I want to do PhD, unfortunately i dont have enough funds to go for this program. Now, can anyone advice me to choose the country, university, program which can not only offer me free admission but also some extra money where I can survive.
also, I dont have any experience in myfield. I passed my MSc in 2009 and was working some other places and couldnt find the field job.
Please advice,
Your comments are much appreciated.
Thanking you.
Hi Goodie,
Try searching for funded studentships here:

http://www.findaphd.com/search/phd.aspx?&Keywords=communication+engineering
You can narrow the search results according to funding, location etc. Good luck!
