I have a masters in environmental biotechnology (India) and about 1.9 years research experience in molecular biology. I want to work and settle abroad. Iam not sure about doing a PhD. Can anyone suggest me a course that would increase my chances of getting a job.

Apart from a PhD there isn't much that will help you as you already have a MSc and research experience. If you are looking for research assistant / technician work in academia or industry this should be fine.
