I had applied to St Andrews Cambridge, and Courtauld, but sadly I got rejected from Cambridge MPhil, and I had to turn down a Courtauld offer because the only modules I was interested in filled up - and I can not justify paying tuition for a research area I am not drawn to :( , however I did get an offer at St Andrews and I wanted to know how is this regarded in the field of art history? If I want to apply for a PhD from either Cambridge or Courtauld afterwards, do I ahve a good chance coming from St Andrews at all? I noticed their art hist PhD candidates almost all came from Oxbridge & Courtauld, so this id worrying me. Should I accept the offer?? Or take a gap year? (I already took 1 gap year)
