Hi,
I have been living in UK for more than a year and I am interested in attending a masters program.
Although I have read the terms in gov.uk I am not still sure if I am eligible for a student loan. I am a resident of EEA for the past three years (Greek nationality) but I have already a master. On the website says the following:you hold an Honours degree or higher level of qualification and start a part-time Honours degree in engineering, technology or computer science (or a joint Honours in 2 of these subjects)
In case I attend a part time program in engineering do I meet the above requirements.
Can I get a responsible answer from a british organisation or council before I apply for the program.
