i've been accepted in a cancer biology MRes in Scotland
i am a dual national Bulgarian/ Egyptian, so when i applied i thought i'm supposed to have EU status fees, but that was declined due to my residence in Egypt, now that the fees doubled i mostly cant't afford it, been trying to find an appropriate scholarship or loan, but even loans are require EU residence in the last 3 years. any funding advises in my situation would be appreciated.
