Hi all,
I have never used a fax machine in my life (I thought they were long gone like floppy disks), and yet I need to change the name on my paypal account, and have to do this via fax (it won't work when attempting to upload my documents).
Has anyone used one of the free fax machine services online, and if so how was it? I need one which will let me send 4 pages and a cover sheet to the US (I presume that's where paypal is?!). Also, the ones I have tried so far ask for a 10 digit fax number, and the paypal fax number is 11 digits, any ideas? :$
I have used one in the past, I just uploaded a document e.g. pdf and it faxes it to the number - just remember to unsubscribe when you're done!
Sorry - I can't remember the name, it was quite a while ago. not sure about the digits either
Hi, you can try a Free test from an Internet fax provider (ex. http://www.popfax.com) they offer 4 pages to send during 3 days, you'll obtain a fax number and will be able to send your fax anywhere, anyway if you'll need a complete online fax service you'll have to subscribe for a small fee.
Hiiiiiiiii
If you avoid such fax machine, then try superfax the best online faxing solution .Try its free demo plan http://www.superfax.in fro 3 days.
:-)
Hope it will solve your problem .....
Hi Button,
I used efax for a job application last year. Worked fine, however, do make sure you unsubscribe. I, rather foolishly, forgot about it and ended up with first 5 quid, then 10 qud out of my account every month. The procedure for unsubscribing was not immediately transparent and I had to root around for it. Maybe a good idea for you to do that before you sign up etc.
Can't help with the 10/11 digit problem sorry - maybe google for 11 digit electronic fax numbers... that's all I can offer you.
Best of luck x
You can get a lot of on the online fax servcie but they have restricted functions. Some organization needs application set up, some does not assistance search engines records incorporation and some does not assistance picture or PDF computer file. I recommend you to use http://www.interfax.net which has no set up fee and their set up procedure is easy. The best factor that I like about them is their pay as you use assistance. They are the only one out there it seems. I am currently using interfax.net and you can deliver written text, pictures and pdf records, even as accessories via an e-mail or your cellphone. Even search engines records can be used as well. Try them out, I am sure you will really like them like what I did.
I consider internet fax the best thing that happened to the "fax industry" by far. Instead of paying for a phone line and a dedicated fax line, you only need your pc to send and receive faxes and you can even do it even if you aren't at home. Cool right? Anyway, I'm using this service here http://www.maxemail.com/max/internet-fax.html and so far, no problems encountered whatsoever.
