Hello, pea. I am great, thanks for asking. I have finally had official word that my thesis has passed examination. My supervisor told me on the sly a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't want to get too excited or say anything until I had the official letter from my uni in my hot little hand. Based on the examiners comments, I have some minor corrections to make to my thesis, it will be reprinted, bound and officially submitted. Then it is all over and I can graduate just before Christmas. Yay!
Other exciting news is I start a real job on Monday. Really, really nervous about it. Not my dream job, but it is full-time and more closely-related to my area than working as a shop assistant. I only have a contract until the end of the year, but it should provide great experience and I will hopefully be able to learn a lot more about molecular biology in that short time.
How are you, pea?
