Getting into International Development (Careers Group London)

International Development is a growing sector that employs a wide range of people around the globe. This one day introductory course will set out clearly how the sector is structured, the different entry roles available and the combination of qualifications, skills and experience needed to get into international development.
· Meet and network with NGO's and education providers such as VSO, SOAS, AMREF, The Civil Service Fast Stream, RedR, Action for Social Advancement and many others.
· Learn how the development sector is structured and find about the wide variety of available jobs.
· Gain structured information about first steps into the sector - learn about internships, graduate programmes and short courses.
· Participate in a lunch time careers fair and network with education providers and NGO's.
