I'm afraid to the best of our knowledge nobody has ever found a PhD by asking for one on this forum. Use the search part of this site to look for oportunities. See our Funding and PhDs Explained sections for links and information.

Of course no-one has found a PhD by asking for one on the forum!! these people show that they are not suitable at all!! they show no initiative, little intelligence and are down-right lazy

Oh god this is all gettting too much...

Isnt there anything that can be done about people just asking for PhDs on this forum! It is really a little tedious for the people using the forum for its intended purpose! Even posting a notice at the gateway to the form saying that posts like this will not work!!!

FindAPhD team, can't you make a separate forum category called "Overseas students looking for PhDs/Masters" and then just let them all go for it. I've seen a couple of times where someone did have a PhD that would be of interest to one of these lazy people.
