I have come across this course which basically pays for you to study and gives you a bursary, sounds too good to be true but I have looked into it and it is all legit, thought it would be helpful if anyone else is looking for simalar, google new leaders in early years and it will be top of your search results.
Anyway hope it is of some use to you
