Hi everyone, I submitted a paper to a biology journal but it uses scholarone which i think is very common. It now says "Awaiting Reviewer Assignment" (initially it said awaiting editorial office processing or something) - does this mean it is going out for review? Please help :)

Hi, it means that the process is waiting to hear back from the assigned reviewers to agree to review your paper in the required time frame. Once they agree, then the paper will be sent to them for review.
