I'd have to agree. Some of your responses also don't tie in with the question asked.
And it definitely didn't take me 20 minutes so don't let that bit put your respondents off...

I agree with previous comments - the survey looks unprofessional. Agree-disagree clines should accompany statements, not questions. I suggest you rethink the design of your survey.

I agree too I'm afraid. I wanted a 'none of these' option too on question 5 - I wouldn't trust any of those sources for the information you mention!

Done it - don't know how useful my anwers were though, since I'd never rely on Fb, Twitter and the like to get information about a company, but there wasn't the possibility to say it.
