Thought it would be nice to have some reviews. I don't get to the cinema very often but love it when I do.

Saw The Golden Compass the other day and although it was entertaining was quite disappointed to see many differences between it and the book (Northern Lights).

Hubbie wants to go see each and every xmas film thats out. Am I the only one who tries to avoid them?

The last really good film I saw was Atonement - The screen play, acting, story and emotion is this film was extremely good. But it is quite an amotional film so probably not a feel good xmas film hehe.

Stardust is another film I saw recently and I really enjoyed that.. I wont give too much away but for a fun, well put together film with good acting then this is definitely worth a watch

I really liked the Mel Gibson film "Apocalypto".

Then Bourne Ultimatum and Die Hard 4.0.

I have Apocalypto on dvd, waiting for a night by myself to watch it because OH hates to read subtitles.

Hopefully seeing Stardust this weekend.

I love Pan's Labrynth, so dark and freaky though!

Oooo yeah the Bourne Ultimatum was a great film.. I like the whole trilogy, its a great example where all the films in the trilogy are great.

Pan's labyrinth is a good film too.. very dark and twisted though
