Finally, I have a interview for an academic-related job in a research centre. Wish me luck!! Have been applying since Sept 2009 and this is the second interview I have got! (not good odds!!!)

Thanks all! :) nervous and realistic about outcome but there is at least a small chance! :)

It was today and I think I really messed-up! argh! fluffed a few of the questions and it was over in 20 mins. the panel didn't ask many of the usual questions and we barely scraped my cv. :(

Please try not to dwell on it as it'll do you no good. Besides you never know...

I hate the post interview situation. I have a horrible habit of running it through my mind after its all said and done. Thinking why did i say that or i should have said this. I am sure its a form of self torture. We are always our own worst critic!!
