Hi,
I do wonder what does it mean, when applying for the posdoc position you are offered a research associate position for shorter time instead and in the same time they are sending postdoc announcement everywhere and are still searching and recruiting for the same postdoc position (the same research topic). In other words, they offer you the job an in the same time they extend the recruitment process for the same postdoc position. What do you think about it? Do you know what is the difference between postdoc and research associate in Europe?
Many thanx
Joanna
