Ive been asked to use G*power to determine sample sizes for a range of analyses. However, I have absolutely no idea how to use it. Has anyone used it before and can anyone recommend any books/online material that will help me understand what I need to do.

Used it for the first time today to calculate sample population needed for study with known effect size. All appeared fairly intuitive. Pm me and I'll give more detail.
