I realized that my problem is not the discussion about the research but how to go about writing. I need a help urgently.

Authoring a PhD thesis by Patrick Dunleavy is well worth a read.I think its aimed more at social science students, but Im in biological sciences and found that most of the information is applicable to my writing too.

the basic premise is that you start by deliberating writing "rough" making mud pies. and not worrying about grammer and perfection.

I have been able to get the Patrick Dunlevy authoring a phd. started reading.

Dunleavy is useful. But it is highly annoying how he tries to be PC all the time by saying things like "every student HERself needs to decide..."

I think it is discrimination against men. Those who read the book know what I'm talking about.
