Just out of curiosity; how long does it take in your institution to clear funds into your bank accounts, once you submit the completed claim forms and receipts, to be reimbursed for travel etc? Mine takes ages and the bureaucracy attached to the process is unbelievable.

About two weeks...not very difficult either. I just fill in an order form as usual and provide some proof of purchase.

It used to be fine, ~2 weeks, but now it takes about 6-8 weeks, then we get a cheque rather than getting it paid into the bank

ours is similar Laney. And on top of that they give extra excuses sometimes. Like "sorry, we've left your form in the other office/under the book etc, so it will be processed with next months forms. grrrr.

ok ours is crap, you fill in the form, dont here anthing for about 2-3 months and then they send you a cheque. They're great at taking money off you tho!
