I have computer science background with networking background i am CCNA certified planning to do MSC but confused to select course
my interest is in telecommunication and computer networking
it is so confusing to select course , my further plan is to study CCNP, CCIE in future thats where i want to stand in networking field
one more thing i am worried does universities Ranking?Does that matter to get jobs ?
please give me suggestion's which course i should chose which is most demanding in future and which Universities is good

I'd think very careful about financing such a venture therefore. The UK economy is (sadly) undoubtedly heading into a recession. There are also huge numbers of UK/EU citizens with your proposed background (and better). To obtain employment an employer will have to demonstrate that you bring more to the table than them. Trusting you can see where I'm heading with all this.
