I want to do a PhD but I'm not sure how to apply. I've heard you have to find a supervisor first but don't I need to apply to the programme.
Also I have a 2:2 BA but a merit at Ma level. Will this go against me?

First thing is the supervisor then he tells you if there is a fund.
