just wanted to get general feedback on using Amos software. Such as does it have the same credibility as using Lisrel in terms of getting published?
On appearance the interface seems quite user friendly, would appreciate anyones personal experience/ potential drawbacks in using it as opposed to Lisrel,

I think it may depend on your subject area. In my area (psychology), I think most people use AMOS, as its linked to SPSS.
