I'm lookin forward to continue my graduate studies
The problem I'm not sure what to write in the email that I send to supervisor
and how to ask him politely if he can be interested to supervise me and later on contact me as soon as possible

I'm confused. Why would you need a supervisor for a Master's degree? If you're studying one that has a significant research component, your supervisor will be arranged later on. Are you getting confused with a PhD?
