Hi all... I hope work is going well...

I usually design and program my own questionnaires but this time I have to act very quickly and get something together in no time (spotted some gaps so close to submission deadline). I know a few online survey programs but they have a monthly charge. Do you know any OpenSource / free software or a website service? Doesn't have to be so advanced. Even something like the poll on this website would be good (as long as it shows number of people responded).

If you are a uni student you can get all the benefits of a paid account for FREE with SurveyGizmo. I'm using it for my survey and they've been really helpful, it's super easy to use and you can export your data to SPSS and excel.

There's also LimeSurvey, which is open source, but you need to be able to host it yourself.
