Technically until the award is conferred by Senate (or the equivalent), you cannot call yourself Doctor (even when the corrections are accepted).
You don't hold a PhD yet. Your corrections still have to be approved. So yes, you should put Masters. But maybe you can explain the PhD situation elsewhere in the application.
Hi glowworm, I didn't call myself Dr on my job apps following viva but funnily enough letters of invitation for interview were addressed to Dr J and when I went to interview they shook my hand and said "Great to meet you Dr J". So even if you don't refer to yourself as Dr on the job app they might call you it anyway ;-) Based on this my perception was that it's no big deal. You've got it and it's just a matter of the paper work being sorted.
Definitely important to state somewhere that you have your viva and the result. Some institutions are quite finicky, one I was going to apply to only counted "having the PhD" as having had the award confirmed by Senate. Ridiculous I know.
Officially you shouldn't use the title until your award has been conferred. In my case, the university council will confer my PhD in a couple of weeks. My thesis has already been included in the library digital thesis repository and bound copies have been produced. So for all intents and purposes I have the PhD, but it’s just a matter of waiting until its official.
