I’m doing my Msc in Nanotechnology and I have applied for a PhD position in DTC-Photonic. I have an interview in 5 days time and I’m a bit worry. Can anyone tell me about this interview? What questions they might ask or some information about the course?

If you search the forum for 'interview' there are lots of threads giving advice about PhD interviews generally, which should be useful.

One additional tip - I interviewed (successfully) for a DTC studentship, and one thing they asked was why I wanted to do my PhD with a DTC rather than the more traditional route, so it might be worth knowing what the difference is, what DTCs are all about and why you think they're a good thing/suitable for you.

That’s why they interview me; I’ve been accepted for the course they just interview me for studentship, by the way can you give me some more information about this interview, or any technical questions they might ask.
