I am a chinese student at Belfast (Northern Ireland) with the UK student visa. I am going to take a travel to EU countries on this christmas vacation. Can I apply for an EU visa in Dublin (Republic of Ireland)? Please let me know where I can apply for this visa (London or Dublin) while I am living in Belfast? Thanks a lot!

We're not experts on such matters, and you should contact the Chinese embasy in London for advice. If Dublin is more convenient for you then you could ask the embasy there, but it's more likely that you'll have to use London.
