To all those wonderous people who have finished, you all rock!!!! Juts wondering if anyone would mind giving some examples of minor revisions that they have been asked to do to pass?

It can be picky things like adding spaces in the middle of restriction enzyme names, or using the correct terminology e.g. rate constant instead of rate.
Not sure apart from that as still writing.

Adding paragraphs to link chapters (just one!)
Typos
Further justification for choosing not to correct for multiple testing
Explanation of problems of generalisability in qualitative research (don't think I would have been asked to write a paragraph on this had my examiners had experience of qual research).

1. correcting a reference in the bibliography (the one I got wrong was one of the internal examiner's - doh!)

2. re-writing a long, confusing sentence

3. correcting all the identified typos (I had several, but then you won't be surprised having read my posts on here!)

4. adding a couple of explanatory paragraphs in the methods section
